Concealed Carry Certification
The Concealed Carry Training Course will educate the student regarding:
- Personal and home protection plans
- Conflict avoidance and situational awareness
- Self-defense firearm basics (including dry fire exercises)
- Yellow Safety Rubber / Plastic Gun Training
- SIRT (Shot Indicating Resetting Trigger) Training
- Defensive shooting fundamentals
- Legal use of force
- Violent encounters and the aftermath
- Gear and gadgets
- Basic and advanced skills
- Firearms competency and training certification test.
- Concealed carry laws of Florida and how and where to apply for your Florida Concealed Carry Permit.
This four (4) hour course should result in the successful student obtaining their USCCA sanctioned Training Certificate which is required for your Florida Concealed Carry Permit application. The classes are usually held on Saturdays in Clearwater, Florida, at a cost of $75 per student. Individualized training, either in the Clearwater classroom or your home at mutually scheduled convenient times for an additional fee. Registration and payment are through the USCCA website (https://academy.usconcealedcarry.com/search?query=Clearwater,%20Florida&lat=27.9659&lng=-82.8001) using credit cards or through RMBELLC using cash, US Postal Money Orders, Certified Checks or PayPal. Personal checks can be used if payment is made seven (7) days in advance to allow the check to clear the banking systems.
